Bubble Girl

About a year ago I noticed that I got a rash when I wore one of my watches too long. I thought it was the strap. So I bought another watch from Target with a plastic strap. I got another rash - even faster but then I noticed it was around the metal parts. Based on other experiences I’ve had, I concluded I have a nickel allergy. Funny thing is Angela came back from the allergist this week and was told she was allergic to cinnamon, fragrances, nickel, and cobalt. She’s severely allergic to the nickel and cobalt. What’s wrong with us?

I guess Angela isn’t supposed to touch most metal products including stainless steel, most gold products, and cheap jewelry. She also isn’t supposed to touch products colored blue with cobalt. She’s also supposed avoid fragrances, most makeups, toothpaste, dishwashing liquids, and most soaps. Basically, she can only touch aluminum, titanium, platinum, textiles, wood, and plastic. She’s bubble girl.
