Toothbrush Croissants

Angela is making croissants for a brunch. She put on a sad face and started applying an egg wash to the croissants with a spoon because we don’t have a basting or pastry brush. I suggested that she uses a toothbrush. She was thinking the same thing you were thinking. Don’t worry. We had a new toothbrush still in the packaging. It seemed to work well. We’ll see how the croissants come out.
