On Friday I was driving out of the parking lot at work when I suddenly noticed what looked like a $100 bill wrapped around a blue piece of paper stuck in my passenger side mirror! I was driving on Golf Road around 5:30 p.m., and I didn’t know what to do….At first I thought it was a ticket but when I looked closer I was pretty sure it was real cash! I should’ve just rolled down my window and grabbed it but I thought I should pull over first. Just when I was getting ready to turn, in slow-motion, I saw the money fly away from my mirror!!! I couldn’t believe it!
I got out of the car and started walking alongside the curb of Golf Road against all this incoming traffic, not really for the money but more b/c I was so curious as to why it had been stuck in my mirror.
Some people know that I am obsessed w/ Oprah and I kept thinking is this part of Oprah’s big give? is she giving away money with a note saying to pay it forward??
Unfortunately I didn’t find the money or the note so I will never know! Sol thinks somebody might’ve dinged my car and left the money b/c they felt bad — but I don’t see anything wrong with the car… Mimi tried to make me feel better by saying maybe it wasn’t real money and just an advertisement, but I don’t know…and will never know… sad…!
